Make the listing easy to understand
Put the product or service and its key feature in the title. Include the model, size, quantity or condition when relevant. Avoid exaggerated claims and make any known limitation clear.

- Check spelling and remove contact details that do not belong to you.
Build confidence through communication
Respond to reasonable enquiries, answer specific questions and arrange a clear handover. Never claim that a payment has arrived just because someone sends a screenshot; confirm it in the relevant account or payment app.
Keep your advert fresh
Update your listing when the price or availability changes. Remove it when sold or no longer offered. Duplicate adverts and misleading locations frustrate buyers and make your own listings less credible.
